We work with all types of homeowners — from DIY enthusiasts who just need professional plans to get started, to those who want a complete design and prefer to leave the labor to the experts. Our goal is to make your landscape vision clear, buildable, and beautiful — no matter how you choose to get it done.

  • This is a traditional approach where we start with meeting on your site to understand the complexity of the project and your budget for the project. We will present you the finished design and provide an estimate for the scope of work

  • We offer detailed, construction-ready landscape plans produced through the AutoCAD program

  • 2D layouts for any scale properties (front yard, back yard or a combination of them both). Professional legends and construction details for residential and commercial projects

  • Efficient revisions and coordination with architects, engineers, city planners, installers, HOA’s, property management and homeowners.

  • We provide a production schedule prior to starting the project that incorporates all elements of the proposed scope of work

  • We will pull the necessary permits needed and plan the project from start to completion

Included in this package:

  • 3 printed copies (24”x36”) 2D AutoCAD drawing

  • Emailed PDF copies

  • 3 revisions (1 hour per revisions)

  • Plant palette (recommendations for purchase)

  • For reference, the sample plan would range from $500 - $1,000

  • Build details = $100.00 each item (precise drawings that illustrate how specific elements are assembled)

  • Free installation estimate (we can build in phases)
